Brain Food, Keto Style

You are what you eat — and eating a keto diet has proven to reduce damage from traumatic brain injuries. A new TAU study finds that the keto diet improves spatial and visual memory, lowers brain inflammation, causes less neuronal death, and slows down the rate of cellular aging. It has been used as a treatment in Israel and around the world among children with epilepsy for almost 100 years, and in recent years the diet has become popular among those who want to lose weight.
